Limitation of Liability

The seller will not be liable for any lost profits or any consequential damages arising from any cause or combination of causes whatsoever. The seller’s liability is limited to intention and gross negligence, except cardinal obligations.

Choice of Law; Place of Jurisdiction

All legal matters, including the validity, interpretation and application of these Standard terms and Conditions, shall be governed by German Law under exclusion of United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) as well as the German International Private Law.

Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction for the seller.
